Could not watch this Live on Television as I was in office preparing for a Debate Competetion which I eventually did not win. Who cares! I followed live commentary, every ball, and the first thing I did coming back home was watch highlights. Second, removed office bag off my shoulders.

Sehwag's onslaught that day was nothing short of a massacre.

I got to know that day, courtesy Tendulkar, what "assault" and "carnage" exactly mean.

I always knew Cricket was a team game, but on April 22 and April 24, 1998 Sachin needed no other man to shame Australia. Sand-Storm had hit Sharjah, Sachin-Storm was to hit Australia!

His 143 in final league match ensured India a place in finals, and his 134 in Finals - on his Birthday - ensured India lifts the Coca-Cola Cup in Sharjah. We were treated to something truly special. The Great man at his best! Unleashed!
